The people of La Unión de Tula primarily conists of the mestizo race (half-Spanish & half Indian). There is a healthy mix of both brown and the lighter skinned hispanics. As mentioned in the History section of this web site, the four founders of the town were of European descent. As we look at the people of the town, you can see some of the best of both the Spanish and Indian traits.
As with any town in the world, you can find the young and the old, the bad, the good, the pretty (and the pretty ugly). In this section of the web site, we hope to represent a good sampling of the people of Unión de Tula. We took many photographs of people. Click to the three links provided below and see if you can recognize a few people that you may recognize.
