FOODS of Unión de Tula
By Gary Kim
. One snack that is very common in the states are "churros". However, churros in Unión de Tula are far different than that in the states. As with most food in the city, churros are made from scratch and with local ingredients, not in factories. They use fresh corn, cane sugar and animal lard (which adds a unique flavor). Understanding how churros taste so much better in Unión de Tula is the simple key to why most all foods taste better there. They are made from scratch and with natural ingredients. Unión de Tula is primarily
an agrarian town. Many in town either raise their own livestock and
crops, or they buy them fresh from vendors who grow them locally. In
this chapter of the web site, we explore aspects of 4 different foods
listed below: . Pitayas
Corn
Fish
